I’m Emily, founder of Three Trees Training—a strength and nutrition coaching practice where I help people feel strong in their bodies without the shame, burnout, or “one-size-fits-all” noise. My work blends science, accessibility, and empathy—and Spot in the Shade is the blog version of that ethos: real talk, real tools, and no gatekeeping.
